Add-ons Overview

Explore SettleWise add-ons and choose the right operational layer for your team

SettleWise add-ons are optional operational layers you can enable on top of your base plan. This section is the right place to understand what each add-on adds, which teams benefit from it, and where to go next in the docs.

Accounting is the larger add-on that now contains Budgets, Chart of Accounts, account activity, and the Income Statement. Budgets remain documented as a workspace inside Accounting.

Why This IA Works

This section gives each add-on a clear product-level entry point.

  • Add-ons answers adoption questions: what each add-on unlocks, who it is for, and how it fits with the rest of SettleWise
  • Features and How To continue to hold the deeper workflow docs that already exist, especially for Payouts
  • Budgets stays visible because teams still look for budget planning directly, but it is now framed as part of Accounting
  • Inventory uses its add-on page as the primary reference until it grows into a larger standalone doc group

That keeps navigation clean without duplicating the same explanations in multiple places.
